Google is integrating generative AI directly into the meme-making process with its latest Google Photos update. Currently rolling out to users in the US, the “Me Meme” function can be found under the Creations tab.
How it works:
- Select a template from the provided library.
- Choose a photo from your personal gallery.
- The AI generates a custom meme, which you can regenerate, save, or share immediately.
While the full list of templates is not yet confirmed, leaks from Android Authority in late 2025 indicated that widely recognized formats, such as the “This Is Fine” meme, will be supported.
