Xiaomi’s sub-brand Black Shark has officially released the Blade 3, a new magnetic external battery designed specifically for iPhone users. The device distinguishes itself through extreme physical durability and high-performance materials.
Key specifications
- Capacity. Available in 5,000 mAh and 10,000 mAh variants.
- Charging speed. Supports 15W wireless charging (MagSafe) and 30W wired charging.
- Compatibility. Works with iPhone 12 and newer models (excluding the iPhone 16 series).
- Performance. Xiaomi claims the wired connection can charge an iPhone 17 Pro to 70% in just 30 minutes.
The battery is built using graphene sheets, two layers of aerogel, and an aluminum body to ensure safety and reliability. It has received CCC safety certification. According to Xiaomi, the device has passed rigorous stress tests, withstanding up to 13,800 kg of pressure and resisting punctures from a 4mm thick tungsten needle.
The device is currently on sale in China priced at 259 CNY (~$37). It ships with an 18cm USB-C cable.
