Sony launches LinkBuds Clip Open

Sony has unveiled its first clip-style TWS headphones, the LinkBuds Clip Open. Designed to sit on the ear shell without blocking the canal, they directly compete with C-shaped models from Bose and Huawei.

Sony cedes control of its TV business to TCL in new joint venture

Sony and TCL are forming a joint venture where TCL will hold a 51% controlling stake. TCL will handle the design, manufacturing, and sales of future Sony Bravia TVs, while Sony provides brand licensing and image processing tech. The new structure takes effect in April 2027.
